Beau Anderson (27.53) beat Brad Austen (25.43); 4 sets to 2. This was a great contest throughout Beau had the answers when needed. Brad had opportunities but could not break through when it counted.

We head to an all Anderson Grand Final

The Grand Final: Best of 9 sets: sets best of 3 x 501.

Kyle Anderson (30.28 or 99.61) beat Beau Anderson (28.24 or 89.65) 5 sets to 2.This was a sensational game to watch and a fitting finish to the 2009 Wyatt Transport Cup. There were 10 x 180 thrown by both players. Kyle 7 x 180’s including back to back and Beau 3 x 180’s

The best 2 players were there at the end of the day and produced the goods. Beau could not get into the same groove he had earlier in the finals and Kyle was downright ruthless towards his brother. Well done to both players.

Most 180's: Kyle Anderson and Beau Anderson with 10 each.

Highest Peg qualifying: Neil Hembrow 170

Highest Peg Main Event: Kyle Anderson 136

A total of 50+ x 180's were thrown on the day.

A total of 14 x 100 + Pegs were thrown on the day.

Our thanks go to our sponsors;

Next year in February we will be moving the event to the vacant Sunday 21st prior to the Coolbellup Open, this and the new West Coast Classic will set up the new darts year with a bang for all players.

The Wyatt Cup has been withdrawn from the WADC Calendar for November 2010 and will revert to the February timeslot in 2011.

Thanks to all who attended and played and watched and helped out and made the event go so well.

Yours in darts
